My Story

I have worked for years building my rolodex and not just as a residential real estate broker but from my many years as a building inspector. Having been a licensed building inspector many many years ago right out of school, gave me now the oppertunity to see things and to give advice to my clients that some may not be able to because of my experience. Getting to do what I love while being able to help my clients achieve their dream makes it all worth it for me! Helping clients everyday with my past and present expertise is a dream come true!

My mission is to inspire a positive, lasting impact. I never forget that I owe everything to the efforts of my family and clients...I am forever thankful!

I know and have worked with many real estate brokers over the years and most of them are excellent! All I can tell you is what makes me unique and perhaps why I would be a big advantage for you as your residential real estate broker.

As I mentioned in my bio, I have accumulated quite the rolodex over the years from my experience as a home inspector before finally making my dream come true and becoming a residential real estate broker. Through the connections that I have made over the years in many different areas, helps my selling and buying clients enormously. Not only do I take my career as a residential real estate broker very seriously when dealing with my clients but I have also many life experiences and have been where my clients are, from trying to find the right rental property for me, to buying my first home, to selling my home and buying a fixer upper and renovating with a new baby, to helping a parent downsize from a larger home. I know the emotions that a person/persons go through during these moments in life and my goal is to always make these moments amazing and beautiful for my clients!

With my many years of experience in the financial world, I understand very well the world of budgets and staying within that budget. I understand very well the HBP plans (Home Buyers Plan) for first time home buyers and the benefits of using your RRSP's as a down payment. I also understand extremely well mortgage insurance and the benefits of it and where and how you can get it without over paying every month. I understand architecture and homes very well from my experience as a home inspector and I am a top negotiator when it comes to my clients!

As you can see, my history and my connections that I have made over the years was preparing me for when I finally made my dream come true and became a residential real estate broker with all the tools, connections and expertise ready for every one of my clients.
